Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Wall Township, NJ
Salary Range: $70K - $130K (dependent on experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and components across a variety of projects. This role is ideal for an engineer looking to build hands-on experience in circuit design, system integration, and product development within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems, circuits, and components
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to support engineering designs
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical equipment and systems
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and safety regulations
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience (internships and co-ops may be considered)
• Basic understanding of electrical design principles and systems
• Familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks Electrical, or similar
• Exposure to schematic capture tools, PCB layout software, and bill of materials (BOM) management
• Experience with basic embedded systems (e.g., MicroPython, Arduino, or similar)
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with circuit design, PCB layout, or power systems
• Familiarity with testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Programming experience in Python, C/C++, or PLCs
• Understanding of control systems or automation
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics
