Real Estate Transactions Paralegal

Entrada Partners is seeking a Paralegal to draft tenant leases, renewals, and amendments and to coordinate signature execution via DocuSign. The role also maintains lease files and provides admin support to the Managing Counsel, with potential involvement in acquisitions, financings, and dispositions.
