Job Description

Pay Rate: $19/ hour - FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND*Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.

Dancing, painting, hula-hooping, as the Resort Activities Host , you’re always the one getting everyone involved. You have the energy to keep up with guests of all ages, and creating unforgettable memories comes naturally to you. As the Resort Activities Host, you will:  

• Bring the fun every day by coordinating recreational programs for all ages based on guest interests, resort needs, and the season.
• Plan and lead the good times in classes, games, competitions, mixers, holiday events, and special themed activities that keep guests and owners smiling.
• Be the go-to vibe creator by answering questions, sharing resort info, and helping solve guest concerns with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Keep the party stocked by managing recreation inventory and ordering supplies while staying on budget.
• Jump in where needed and support other departments to make sure every guest’s resort experience feels seamless and memorable.

Qualifications

• Utilize creativity and polished customer service skills to enhance every guest interaction and activity experience.
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
• Make decisions based on your own judgment and company policy.
• Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
