Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN Autumn Lake at Union Union, NJ $39–$40/hour Autumn Lake at Union is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA who enjoys hands‑on resident care and working within a collaborative skilled nursing and post‑acute environment. What You'll Do Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT Reinforce exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team Position Highlights Flexible PRN scheduling Competitive $39–$40/hour rate Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Opportunity to work with short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents Qualifications Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required Strong communication and teamwork skills Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred Direct Hire.
