Your title will be Head Coach , and you will: Lead all aspects of store operations - manage performance, people, and operations. What You’ll Do You’ll lead from the front - setting the tone, building the team, and driving results. This will look like: Leading your store with positive energy, accountability, and a focus on people and performance Hiring, training, and developing your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences on every shift Creating schedules that supports both the business and your team’s needs Keeping operations running smoothly Building future leaders and maintaining a strong internal bench What You Bring 2+ years of management in the food & beverage industry Hospitality mindset - You have a passion for people, culture, and the guest experience Hands‑on leadership style Calm, flexible, and solution‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment Must be 18+ years old Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs If you're looking for: A role that grows with you A team that supports and challenges you A company that invests in your future Then this is your move!
