Salary: $104,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Agile, product, or technology delivery, including work as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, product-team leader, or in Agile or product transformation.
• Experience facilitating delivery practices and coaching teams and stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
• Ability to improve delivery flow, predictability, transparency, team effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Experience identifying and resolving cross-team dependencies, delivery risks, impediments, and constraints.
• Ability to use delivery data and team insights to identify improvement opportunities and guide action.
• Experience supporting portfolio planning, including quarterly and capacity planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination.
• Strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, including communicating with technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with customer- or employee-facing technology, Dynamics 365, CRM platforms, or Go-to-Market capabilities is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to coach peers and encourage adoption of effective Agile and product-delivery practices across teams or communities of practice is desirable.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft collaboration tools, and creating or maintaining dashboards and delivery-health reporting, is desirable.
• ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile coaching, product management, or related certification is desirable.
• Candidates must currently reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota metro area to commute to our Inver Grove Heights corporate office as needed.

• Facilitate team planning, refinement, daily coordination, reviews, retrospectives, and other working sessions.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and partners in Agile and product-delivery practices that strengthen collaboration, clarity, workflow, and time from idea to value.
• Guide backlog readiness, work breakdown, working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and feedback loops.
• Foster trust, learning, and increasing team self-management within our delivery guidance and playbook.
• Provide visibility into planned and active work, progress, tradeoffs, decisions, risks, dependencies, capacity, and constraints.
• Maintain and improve delivery-health reports, dashboards, and visual management practices using Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
• Use delivery data and team insights to improve workflow, predictability, capacity, aging work, quality, risk management, and team effectiveness; establish measures such as OKRs, Sprint Goals, and quarterly commitments.
• Identify and help resolve cross-team dependencies, impediments, and systemic barriers; coordinate root-cause resolution or escalation when needed.
• Communicate delivery status, decisions, risks, and escalation needs clearly to technical and nontechnical partners.
• Partner with Technology Delivery peers to align team plans with initiative milestones, dependencies, communications, release activities, and risks.
• Align team plans and delivery practices with portfolio priorities, IT governance, standards, and required controls.
• Support release planning, readiness, deployment, post-release learning, and major-incident response as appropriate.
• Facilitate quarterly planning and translate portfolio priorities into feasible team plans.
• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery partners, team members, and stakeholders; share reusable practices, lessons, insights, and tools across Technology Delivery.
• Apply sound judgment to complex or ambiguous delivery challenges, recommend improvements, build consensus, and encourage effective practices without relying on formal authority.
• Give timely, constructive feedback on delivery behaviors and commitments, and elevate unresolved concerns with objective observations and delivery impact.
