One offer we bring to the workplace is our corporate Health Fairs. For these, we invite 20+ product and service vendors into our client's business and put on a super fun wellness party! Event Dates & Locations July 29th from 1PM - 6:30PM in Midland, TX July 30th from 1PM - 6:30PM in Odessa, TX July 31st from 12PM - 5:30PM in Odessa, TX Who We Are Looking For You are passionate about human connection and bringing the community together. You are a people person and able to confidently and comfortably collaborate and communicate with a diverse range of people. You have the flexibility to do whatever needs to be done to get the show running successfully. You possess the ability to keep calm under pressure. You are able to think quickly on your feet to use your problem‑solving skills and decision‑making skills. Responsibilities Serve as on‑site lead for setup, break down, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoot any technical or logistical issues (e.g., QR codes, signage). Capture photos and video content from the event. Manage raffle prizes, fair activities, and staffing on‑site. Ensure all materials are organized and ready for use. We’re looking for individuals with a passion for customer service, health and wellness, and a strong interest in developing their skills in event management and hospitality.
