About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Endoscopy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 06:30 - 15:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 2+ years License: Required RN licensure Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Endoscopy experience of at least one year. Description: Provides care to a large number of patients each year. Treats patients in the emergency room. Accredited by a recognized national accrediting agency for healthcare facilities. Also offers instructional programs for nursing students and numerous allied health student extern programs. Offers a wide range of surgical services including robotic surgery, spine, orthopaedic, vascular, thoracic, interventional pain management, interventional cardiology, gynecological, general, oral, urological, and emergency services. Position involves providing care for adult and geriatric patients. Supervised by the Endoscopy Manager. Required to be dependable, hardworking, a team player, and professional. Experience with EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy, and feeding tube placements is preferred. Dress code includes navy blue scrubs or hospital OR scrubs; casual wear is not acceptable. Expected to fulfill call requirements as needed.
