Clinical Adjunct Instructor: Jefferson College of Nursing-Dixon, PA Campus Montgomery County, PA Pay information not provided The Jefferson College of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Adjunct Instructor responsible for providing high-quality clinical instruction and supervision to nursing students in a variety of clinical settings. This role involves guiding students in applying theoretical knowledge to real-world healthcare scenarios, assessing student performance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The Clinical Adjunct Instructor will work closely with the nursing program faculty and staff to ensure the success of the clinical component of the nursing program. As a Clinical Adjunct Instructor, the applicant must have enthusiasm for teaching future nurses in the clinical settings. Position Requirements BSN required. Master's degree in nursing highly preferred. Candidates who do not have a master's degree must be currently enrolled in a master's degree in nursing program. Eligible/current for licensure to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or Compact Nursing License. Previous teaching experience preferred. Utilizes contemporary and innovative teaching methodologies in classroom, laboratory/simulation, and clinical settings. Evidence of ongoing clinical competency. Participates in professional activities related to area of clinical expertise. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Enterprise.
