We treat every child as if they were our own, ensuring they receive the best possible care.What it's like to be an Office Manager at Happy Kids DentistryAs our Full-Time Office Manager, you'll be the cheerful leader who keeps both the front office and the clinic humming. You'll guide, coach, and support our business team and our clinical team (dental assistants and sterilization), making sure schedules are covered, patient flow is smooth, and everyone has what they need to do their best work. You'll partner with our providers to keep the schedule full, the operatories ready, and supplies and equipment stocked.On the business side, you'll keep a keen eye on production, collections, and daily reconciliation, and work with insurance carriers to resolve claims and eligibility questions. You'll make sure infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA standards are followed, welcome and train new team members, and resolve patient and parent concerns with warmth and professionalism. You'll also track office goals and share results with leadership. A clinical background, such as dental assisting experience, helps you understand and support our clinical team and our providers.
