What You'll Do

• Review project details the evening before each job
• Coordinate with crews, subcontractors, and homeowners
• Show up early to job sites to ensure smooth setup and delivery
• Oversee progress and keep everything on track
• Communicate regularly with the office team and customers
• Wrap up the day with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect testimonials

You'll Thrive Here If You're

• Experienced in construction or project management (roofing, siding, gutters, or windows experience a plus)
• A strong communicator and natural leader
• Tech-savvy and highly organized
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a single day
• Holding a valid driver's license, with a strong work ethic and reliability
