Our facility delivers hospital‑level services that are comparable to those provided on a medical‑surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team is equipped to manage a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and the comprehensive oversight of lines, tubes, and drains. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery. Position Highlights Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days Conditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more Team Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & more Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains 12‑hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay) Shift Details Full Time Nights PRN Days and Nights Hours: 12‑hour shifts, 7:00–7:30, every other weekend Base Compensation Range: $38.77–$48.20/hr depending on years of experience Qualifications RN License (State of WI) BLS required 1+ year of RN experience preferred (Acute care a plus) CRRN preferred Physical Requirements Significant amount of standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time Lifting or exerting up to 50 lbs.
