PRO Services & Accounts Specialist
Floor & Decor Holdings Inc.
Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring for a PRO Services role in Wilmington, NC. The individual will build relationships with professional customers in the hard surface flooring contractor space, supporting the PRO desk in-store and coordinating with store teams to grow PRO participation.
This position reports to the PRO Services Manager and emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and selling Floor & Decor’s PRO benefits and credit solutions. Experience with Salesforce/CRM is a plus.
