E Logic is seeking a Senior Application Programmer to provide development and maintenance support for the Bureau of Diplomatic Technology's Integrated Personnel Management System (IPMS). In this role, you will design, develop, and support web services, while providing technical advice to project personnel. The suitable candidate will have strong programming experience in services, advanced knowledge of XML/JSON, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
