Intermediate Architectural Designer - Retail

We are presently searching for various technical positions at all levels, including Junior and Intermediate Architectural Designers and Job Captains for our Retail studio (fully remote). The Architectural Designer is responsible for producing technical drawings and construction documents for high-volume retail rollout projects for a large National Brand/Client. Strong Technical skills in Revit are required. Additional Specific Responsibilities Include: Assists in overall technical design for projects Review of engineering drawings to ensure they comply with design solution Works with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings Aid in the creation of floor plans, elevations, architectural and millwork details, and overall design intent sets for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and distribution to architects. Review and redline construction documents, shop drawings, and related submittals Produces, reviews and finalizes space plans for projects Extensive knowledge of detailing and finalizes details on projects Reviews and produces final cost estimates Availability to travel to sites to assist with support or for field surveys if needed #J-18808-Ljbffr International Executive Service Corps
