Restaurant Manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant and retail operations in a warm, family-style environment. In this role, you will oversee front- and back-of-house teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and uphold brand standards of Southern hospitality. Responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, and training, monitoring food quality and safety, and supporting retail floor execution. You will analyze sales, control labor and food costs, and assist with budgeting.
