No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training!$20.00–$23.00 per hour Part-time role Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work afternoons and early eveningsHigh School Diploma + one of the following:At least one completed college courseCurrently enrolled in collegeAssociate's or Bachelor's degreeReliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insuranceComfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)Passion for working with children (experience preferred)Bilingual skills are a plusPhysical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with childrenWork 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)Help children build communication, social, and daily living skillsTravel to client homes and local community locations to provide servicesCollaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progressMaintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each childBe part of a Championship Team—we invest in great people and help you growPaid training—we'll teach you everything you need to knowPaid drive time & mileage reimbursement (federal rate)Ongoing supervision and support to help you succeedEducation reimbursement programsEqual Opportunity Employer: INTERCARE values diversity and considers qualified applicants in accordance with fair chance hiring laws.
