What You'll Do Family Support Specialists (FSS) offer home visits to expectant parents and caregivers of small children, providing parenting education, support, and advocacy. FSS link parents to resources, promote optimal child health and development, and problem‑solve with parents. Family needs and abilities are evaluated on an ongoing basis. FSS assist families in designing individualized support plans and empower families over time to achieve their chosen goals. This position will primarily meet with clients in the home and maintain contact via telephone in the counties of Clinton and Jackson. What You'll Need Preferred: Bachelor's degree in health or human service‑related field or education. Required: Associate’s degree in health and human service‑related field or education and 2 years of experience.
