Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Rate: $36–$40/hour

Aiken Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility in Aiken, SC . This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff and ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.

• Monitor compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Provide clinical guidance and leadership during routine operations and emergency situations.

• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina .

• Prior supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
