Work Environment\nThis position is primarily remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your professional obligations from your chosen workspace. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will engage with other professionals who are equally committed to fostering a supportive atmosphere dedicated to client success. While much of your work will occur remotely, our outpatient office in Fort Morgan, Colorado, serves as a central hub for team interactions, meetings, and client assessments when in-person participation is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to establish clear therapeutic goals tailored to each client's needs. \n
- Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term counseling in your practice. \n
- Provide individual therapy and facilitate therapy sessions for families, couples, and groups, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth. \n
- Collaborate actively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate the comprehensive care of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment. \n
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical guidelines and state regulations to ensure compliance and accountability. \n
- Participate in professional development opportunities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and remain current with advancements in mental health research. \n
As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our practice, you will work predominantly with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to employ your expertise in specialized areas such as family therapy and trauma-informed care, making a profound difference in the lives of individuals and families seeking support.

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required. \n
- Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is essential. \n
- Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a counseling setting, preferably within a clinical context. \n

- Specialization or clinical experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance abuse treatment, or trauma care is highly preferred. \n
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. \n
The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, which includes opportunities for performance bonuses based on client outcomes and overall practice success.
