Key Responsibilities Develop and implement personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. Conduct ongoing assessments to evaluate the changing treatment needs and progress of clients. Facilitate supportive therapy sessions aiming at building coping, problem-solving, and communication skills. Educate clients regarding available community resources and advocate for their access to necessary services. Assist in the creation and monitoring of individual service plans that focus on skill development for daily living and community engagement. Patient Population / Client Focus Our primary clientele includes adults 18 years and older who face various mental health issues that impact their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Clients may present with a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other co-occurring disorders. Our counselors play a vital role in guiding these individuals towards achieving their treatment goals and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Current state licensure applicable in New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD). Ability to practice independently without supervision and maintain client confidentiality in all interactions. No disciplinary actions against license. Strong computer literacy with the ability to navigate online platforms for client sessions. Preferred Experience Experience providing direct clinical services to adults with mental health issues. Solid understanding of symptom monitoring and management techniques. Demonstrated ability in supporting clients with developing daily living skills, coping mechanisms, and leisure activities. Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a sympathetic nature. A good Wi-Fi connection to ensure seamless virtual therapy sessions. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the importance of the role and the skillset required.
