Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Associate/Receptionist to join our fast-paced team in Woodland Hills. As the first point of contact for our clients and (occasional) visitors, you will be responsible for handling a very busy phone line, providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and other data entry and administrative tasks as required. If you are a positive person with excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide assistance to clients and visitors with inquiries and requests.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and witness interviews
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Able to positively communicate with clients and employees daily
• A "Let's do this!" attitude -- connects quickly, proactive, follows through
• Must be dependable, aware and responsive
• An adept multitasker
• Excellent organizational skills
• Adept at handling several responsibilities at once (with a smile!)
