Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong native mobile expertise and a passion for building exceptional user experiences across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for a product designer who enjoys owning products end-to-end, balancing mobile and web experiences, and collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex workflow challenges. You\'ll have the opportunity to lead the design of two key product experiences while contributing to the evolution of the company\'s design system and overall design culture. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design of core mobile and web product experiences. Design intuitive native mobile experiences for iOS and Android while ensuring consistency across platforms where appropriate. Collaborate closely with Engineering to design complex workflows, automation, and user journeys. Make thoughtful decisions about shared design patterns versus platform-specific experiences. Contribute reusable components, interaction patterns, and mobile standards to the company\'s design system. Conduct lightweight user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences using Figma and modern prototyping tools. Partner with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle. Help shape the team\'s design culture, processes, and best practices. Required Qualifications 4+ years of product design experience with significant native mobile (iOS and/or Android) expertise. Strong experience designing both mobile and web-based SaaS products. Deep understanding of native platform guidelines, including Apple\'s Human Interface Guidelines and Google\'s Material Design principles. Advanced proficiency with Figma and modern design systems. Experience designing complex user workflows and enterprise software experiences. Ability to independently own projects from concept through launch. Experience using code-based prototyping tools and AI-assisted design workflows is highly desirable. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or workflow automation products. Experience creating AI-powered product experiences or designing around emerging AI capabilities. Background designing workflow, orchestration, or automation platforms. Previous experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth technology company. Experience contributing to scalable design systems across multiple platforms.
