任职资格 Job Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、电子工程、自动化、通信等相关专业优先；

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in International Trade, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Communication and other related fields are preferred.

2、2 年及以上印度销售经验；

At least 2 years of overseas sales experience in India.

3、当地语言听说读写熟练，能够独立进行商务沟通与谈判（掌握英语或其他第二外语者优先）；

Proficient in the local language (listening, speaking, reading and writing), able to conduct business communication and negotiation independently; proficiency in English or other second foreign languages is preferred.

4、熟悉外贸流程，包括询盘、报价、合同、付款方式、物流、报关等；

Familiar with foreign trade procedures, including inquiries, quotations, contracts, payment terms, logistics, customs declaration, etc.

5、具备较强的市场开拓能力、抗压能力和结果导向意识；

Strong market development ability, ability to work under pressure and result-oriented awareness. 6、有工业设备、通信设备、IoT、自动化、能源等行业销售背景者优先； Sales background in industrial equipment, communication equipment, IoT, automation, energy and other industries is preferred.

7、具备良好的职业素养、责任心和团队协作意识。

Good professional ethics, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. 岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1、负责公司产品在印度市场的销售与推广，完成年度销售目标；

Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's products in overseas markets (India), and achieve annual sales targets.

2、独立开发客户，包括但不限于经销商、系统集成商、终端客户；

Independently develop customers, including but not limited to distributors, system integrators and end customers.

3、跟进海外客户询盘、报价、商务谈判、合同签订及订单执行全过程；

Follow up the whole process of customer inquiries, quotations, business negotiations, contract signing and order execution.

4、协调公司内部资源（研发、技术支持、生产、物流等），确保项目顺利交付；

Coordinate internal resources (R&D, technical support, production, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.

5、维护重点客户关系，推动长期合作及客户复购；

Maintain key customer relationships and promote long-term cooperation and repeat purchases.

6、收集并分析海外市场信息、行业动态及竞争对手情况，形成有效反馈；

Collect and analyze overseas market information, industry trends and competitors, and provide effective feedback.

7、参与海外展会、线上推广、客户拜访等市场拓展活动；

Participate in market expansion activities such as overseas exhibitions, online promotion and customer visits.

8、配合上级完成其他与海外业务相关的工作。

Assist superiors in completing other tasks related to overseas business.
