Global Product Manager, Spectroscopy & Systems Integration

Global Product Manager overseeing spectroscopy-based analytical solutions and their integration into bioprocessing systems. Responsibilities include product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and commercial readiness across process analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions
Serve as primary Process Analytics representative for spectroscopy technologies and systems integration across business units
Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to understand workflows, unmet needs and market opportunities
Own and prioritize product initiatives using transparent, value-based decision criteria aligned with customer impact and business value
Define and track product KPIs and performance metrics aligned with customer and business outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences, or related technical discipline
5+ years product management, commercial, or related experience in analytical instrumentation or bioprocessing
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, or hardware-software solutions preferred
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into product requirements
Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
Strong analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
Customer-facing experience and ability to build internal and external relationships
