• Monday - Friday, 4.5-day work week for excellent work-life balance
• Lead physician role at an established Los Angeles location
• PACE program with skilled nursing facility integration
• Low patient census of 8 patients at most
• Strong collaboration among multiple specialties
• Academic affiliation with geriatric fellowship and residency programs
• All necessary equipment provided for optimal geriatric care
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine required
