WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced Community Service Technician with at least one (1) year of property maintenance or related experience anda passion for delivering excellent customer service. Because you interact daily with residents, you take pride in creating a positive experience while maintaining the quality and safety of the community.You enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and being a part of a team that supports each other and takes pride in their work.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner Perform general repair and maintenance services Maintain safe conditions and strong curb appeal throughout the property Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests Help optimize the life and value of the community's physical assets

WHAT YOU NEED
