Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for a full-time, direct hire Maintenance Technician based in Greensburg, IN on 3rd Shift. You will be the overnight go-to for keeping production safe, efficient, and moving.

As your night starts, you review work orders, plan preventive tasks, and check the status of high-speed assembly and manufacturing equipment. When issues arise, you jump in—isolating faults across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—then repairing, testing, and adjusting to restore uptime.

• Install new production machinery and maintain high-speed assembly/manufacturing equipment.
• Respond to emergency and unscheduled breakdowns with safe, timely repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and accurately complete work orders for all maintenance and service performed.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair components, test, and fine-tune equipment; execute routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by your Supervisor.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years troubleshooting injection molding tooling in a production environment.
• 4+ years repairing and maintaining plastic injection molding tooling.
• Experience with tooling used to produce cosmetic automotive parts.
• Preferred: CNC machining or Mastercam programming experience.
• Foundational mold design knowledge.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting.

• Lift or move 50+ lbs.
• Reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, and kneel as needed.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Clear, proactive communication skills.
