You will own a high-activity outbound territory, connect with dealership decision-makers, and close business through a straightforward value proposition and a short sales cycle. Automotive experience selling products and services to dealerships. B2B Outbound Calling Experience is required. Why This Role Stands Out Proven earnings upside: target OTE is $110K, while the team averages $150K+ and top performers earn more than $200K A highly marketable service: sell an essential, high-demand dealership solution with a clear business case Shorter path to commission: a straightforward offering and short sales cycle create more opportunities to close Uncapped opportunity: strong outbound activity, consistent follow-up, and closing skill directly influence your earnings Remote environment: sell by phone and virtual meetings with no routine travel required What You'll Do Prospect daily through outbound cold calls, email, social outreach, and disciplined follow-up to build a healthy pipeline Own the full sales cycle from first contact and discovery through presentation, negotiation, and signed agreement Reach dealership owners, general managers, F&I leaders, and other decision-makers with relevant, concise messaging Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value, including operational efficiency and profitability Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to create a smooth handoff and strong customer experience What You'll Bring Required: 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships. This does not include credit union or finance services. Previous experience working in the auto retail environment. A hunter mindset: comfortable opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business The ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and quickly connect our solution to their priorities Strong organization, follow-through, coachability, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity Who We Are NCC provides software solutions that help automotive dealerships streamline operations, strengthen finance and insurance (F&I) processes, and drive profitability.
