OPOC.us is a strategic services provider focused on addressing the rapidly rising health benefits costs for small to medium sized employers (SMBs). The Company provides a suite of services primarily focused on health benefits, advocacy, and care navigation, driving meaningful savings for clients by reducing their benefit expenses and improving the care their employees receive. OPOC also offers HR & Payroll, Retirement Planning, and Wellness Offerings.
Position Summary
We seek a dynamic, result-driven individual who will be responsible for selling our comprehensive HR, Payroll and Benefit services to a wide variety of businesses. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales skills, the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients and have a solid understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
\tLead Generation and Management: Utilize company provided resources as well as proactively identifying prospective clients in various ways including networking, cold calling and emails, and leveraging referrals from existing business relationships.
\tSolution Development Based on Client Needs: Ability to understand client challenges around the services we provide and then develop and present efficient and effective solutions that support the unique needs of the client.
\tSales Presentations: Ability to deliver a compelling presentation that effectively articulates the value proposition of the services we provide.
\tRelationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships and identify additional opportunities for growth.
\tClosing Sales and Ensuring Smooth Transitions: Ability to overcome objections with tailored solutions and successfully bring on clients, working with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition.
\tLifelong Learning: Be informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in the services we provide to effectively represent the organization and support company strategic goals.
Qualifications:
\tProven success in B2B sales roles (experience within HCM solutions industry a plus)
\tSolid understanding or HR, payroll, and benefit concepts, including relevant trends, laws and regulations.
\tExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
\tAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.
\tComputer proficiency, including CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and other sales tools and resources
