The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in providing excellent customer service while helping the office run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Greeting patients and providing a friendly, welcoming experience Answering phones and responding to patient questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Checking patients in and out Verifying insurance information and assisting with basic billing questions Maintaining accurate patient records Collecting payments and processing transactions Communicating with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and office policies Coordinating with dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors to ensure a smooth patient flow Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk Ideal Candidate: Friendly, professional, and compassionate Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player Previous dental or medical front-office experience is preferred but not required Experience with dental scheduling or practice-management software is a plus If you are passionate about helping people and would enjoy being #J-18808-Ljbffr Yamila Noriega-abreu Dmd Pllc
