Accounting Associate

Important: Resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position. Responsibilities Prepare schedules and workpapers. Assist with the monthly and quarterly accounting close. Complete processes such as bank and mortgage reconciliations. Run and distribute reports. Prepare cash receipt and vendor request forms. Prepare lender packages. Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned. Requirements Minimum of an associate’s degree in accounting. Working knowledge of real estate and accounting systems is a plus. Strong MS Office skills. At least 2 years of strong bookkeeping and reconciliation experience. Compensation Expected salary: approximately $55,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
