What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher , you will be the heartbeat of our toddler room. Your day will be filled with:
- Leading with Love: Managing a small group of toddlers with patience, positive reinforcement, and joy.
- Curriculum: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, that fosters language, motor skills, cognitive and social-emotional growth.
- Family Partnerships: Building trust with parents through daily updates, open communication, and shared goals for their child.
- Safety & Care: Ensuring a spotless, safe environment while handling daily routines (diapering, feeding, naps) with care.
- Mentorship: Guiding assistant teachers and supporting a collaborative team culture.
