HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT


The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, processing incoming and outgoing
shipments, and ensuring the warehouse is organized and efficient.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Examines, counts, and sorts items; completes necessary paperwork or transactions.
• Checks all items received for proper identification and counts, reporting any discrepancies to Lead or
  Supervisor
• Fills requests and orders from internal and external customers and ensures that customers get satisfactory
  service in inventory support.
• Assists with cycle counts and provides inventory information to other departments.
• Maintains accuracy in both location and quantity for all items.
• May operate a forklift or other material handling devices (requiring on-the-job training).
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, record inventory data, prepare orders for shipment, maintain a
  clean and organized warehouse, assist with inventory counts, and collaborate with team members to
  improve warehouse processes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must work well and communicate with others.

Physical & Environmental requirements

• Works with the team to be successful
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Requires experience in PC use and the ability to work well with others in a high-pressure, fast-paced
  environment
• Requires ability to exercise discretion and judgment on a regular basis.
• Understands FIFO and lot control.
• Must use safe material handling tactics.
