$33/hour
Work Hours: 05:30 AM to 04:30 PM

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
• Supervising, evaluating, and empowering an hourly team to ensure the production of high-quality manufactured products while organizing workflow to meet productivity requirements.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met by coaching standardized work practices and verifying that lines are running safely and smoothly.
• Driving to exceed personal, team, and company goals by holding yourself and your team to high-performance standards through servant leadership.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1+ years of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
• Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Are able to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends, and maintain professionalism in challenging situations.
