Safety Compliance Specialist

Benefits of Partnering with KAG include: Daytime schedule with no weekends Benefits package for fulltime employees including health, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match On-site gym, cafeteria, and café Essential Functions Maintain knowledge of FMCSA regulations and guidance regarding driver qualification Ensure drivers meet qualification standards at the company, state, and federal levels Ensure disqualified drivers are not operating, and assist with the requalification process Update driver qualification files with DOT physicals, CDLs, and other items as applicable Maintain data in driver database Medically clear drivers on leave to return to work Coordinate scheduling of physicals, drug, and alcohol testing Compliance with HIPAA Qualifications 1 year of experience in the Safety & Compliance role or equivalent experience High school diploma required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
