Our organization is currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Physiatrist to become a part of our growing physical medicine and rehabilitation team at Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital located in Hartford, Connecticut.

This role presents an exciting chance to join a respected and collaborative group of seven professionals in physical medicine and rehabilitation. The position operates Monday through Friday, primarily focusing on inpatient care, with occasional weekend duties on a rotational basis.

As a team member, you will have the opportunity to develop and apply your expertise in PM&R within a supportive environment that boasts a wide network of specialized care centers. We provide state-of-the-art facilities and the chance to perform various procedures, including botulinum toxin and phenol injections, intrathecal baclofen pumps, trigger-point injections, EMGs, MSK ultrasound, and more as part of your diagnostic and therapeutic approach. Our programs for TBI, stroke, and general rehabilitation are CARF-accredited.

Ideal candidates will possess a keen interest or experience in inpatient physiatry, with additional knowledge in brain injury or spinal cord injury considered advantageous.

Through our partnership with the Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University, you will have the option to engage in clinical education and research opportunities via the Rehabilitation Institute, should you wish to pursue them.
