Covell Care & Rehabilitation is looking for a Colorado Physical Therapist to help us grow our partnership with NeuAbility in Denver.

We're not looking for someone to sit in a treatment room seeing patients every 45 minutes.

We're looking for someone who thinks:

“There has to be more to PT than this.”

Maybe you're fascinated by neuro but haven't had the opportunity to really pursue it.

Maybe you love complex patients.

Maybe you'd geek out over exoskeletons, wheelchairs, adaptive equipment, gait, transfers, balance, and figuring out how someone can do something everyone assumed they couldn't.

Maybe you already have a job you like—you just want to do something different a few hours a week.

From there, your Covell caseload can be as small or as robust as you want it to be.

Covell Care has been taking outpatient therapy beyond clinic walls for more than 18 years. Our PTs, OTs, and SLPs work throughout Colorado in homes, communities, partner organizations, and via telehealth.

You might be our person if...

You're a Colorado-licensed PT (or eligible for licensure).

You're dependable and comfortable thinking on your feet.

You care more about meaningful function than running someone through a standard exercise sheet.

You like collaboration—but don't need someone standing over your shoulder.

And you genuinely enjoy figuring out how to help people do more of the things that matter to them.

Neuro experience is fantastic. Curiosity and willingness to learn matter, too.

And PTAs—we want to hear from you, too.

We're also interested in connecting with Colorado PTAs who are excited about neurological and community-based rehabilitation as we continue building this program.
