Senior Principal Analog Design Engineer, DRAM (Boise)

Micron Technology

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho seeks a Principal or MTS in Analog Design to help shape the next generation of memory products. You will design, optimize, and verify analog/mixed-signal blocks, collaborate across global teams, and influence performance and yield. With 12+ years of semiconductor experience and strong SPICE/Verilog skills, you will mentor engineers, drive layout coordination, and contribute to AI-assisted design flows within a fast-paced environment.
