Regional Operations Manager - Houston TX

Job Overview ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas, LLC and Hümi are seeking a full‑time Regional Operations Manager for our Texas offices. Salary: $77,000 – $81,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities Train new office staff on the NextGen computer system and corporate policies. Visit office locations for in‑person training sessions. Provide customer‑service training, referral processes, demographic entry, cash controls, etc. Assist with the transition of new physicians and practice locations into ENTA. Set up new sites with appointment cards, medical equipment, credit‑card terminals, phone systems, signage, computers, printers, fax machines, copiers, tax‑ID changes, answering services, and other necessary infrastructure. Collaborate with Human Resources during mergers or acquisitions to onboard new employees and conduct training. Coordinate data and computer installations with the IT Department; review and report issues to the Director of IT. Support all moves and renovation projects, handling packing/unpacking, phone relocations, move dates, mail forwarding, equipment ordering, furniture, allergy‑serum transfers, refrigerator and audiology booth moves, etc.; follow check‑lists. Onboard new physicians, following the physician checklist to order equipment and complete site set‑up. Cover for Practice Site Administrators on vacation, FMLA, leave, jury duty, and other absences. Provide temporary coverage for Surgical Coordinators or front‑desk staff if required. Assist with implementation and training on new software systems, including “train‑the‑trainer” programs. Beta‑test new vendor platforms such as Web Portal, Phreesia, etc. Collaborate with the PSA on project plans and set‑up as needed. Coordinate with the Vice President of Operations, Assistant Director of Operations, and COO. Cross‑cover territories and manage coverage schedules for each region. Ensure all offices are covered by arranging medical‑assistant temps and shifting staff. Deliver coverage schedules weekly to office locations. Audit PSAs on policies and procedures, in addition to audits performed by the Operations Training Manager. Troubleshoot operational workflow or employee issues for physicians or PSAs, and create improvement recommendations. Collaborate with HR on open positions and sensitive staff issues. Respond to patient inquiries submitted to the ENT info mailbox. Complete introductory and annual reviews for assigned PSAs, medical assistants, or patient‑representative floaters.
