Regional Anesthesiologist Opportunity - Chicago, IL
Location: Chicago, Illinois Compensation: $400,000 - $420,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Only - No 1099) Work Setting: Honor Roll-ranked Academic Medical Center (Top 20 in the U.S.)
About the Opportunity
Join a nationally recognized academic medical center featuring an 800-bed institution with top-ranked specialty programs, including Orthopedics (#5) and Neurosurgery (#4). Due to continued growth in regional anesthesia services and expanding ERAS programs, the Department of Anesthesiology is seeking a fellowship-trained or highly skilled Regional Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative and innovative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for physicians passionate about clinical excellence, education, and research within a prestigious academic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a multi-specialty operating room environment Perform and manage advanced regional anesthesia techniques Participate in clinical instruction and mentorship of residents and fellows Engage in scientific research and scholarly activities Support expanding surgical programs including orthopedics and neurosurgery Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams
Qualifications
Fellowship training or strong expertise in regional anesthesia Senior-level anesthesiology experience preferred Experience in academic teaching and clinical research is a plus Commitment to patient-centered care and innovation
