Greenturf is growing in the Oklahoma City & Edmond area, and we’re looking for an experienced, dependable leader to join our lawn maintenance team.
If you take pride in your work, know how to lead a crew, and want to work for a company where you can grow and build a future , we want to talk to you. Crew leaders report to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage lawn maintenance crews
Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
Track and record all materials and crew hours worked
Prepare job sites and see them through to completion
Maintain a clean worksite
Complete paperwork and information pertaining to jobs
Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner
We’re looking for someone who:
Has professional mowing or lawn maintenance experience
Has experience leading a crew or is ready to take the next step
Is dependable and takes pride in doing the job right
Can safely drive a truck and trailer
Has a valid driver’s license
Wants steady work and an opportunity to grow with Greenturf

Work Schedule
You’ll work Monday to Friday, (with overtime in the peak season), starting at 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete
