What You’ll Do Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers across the Kansas City metro. Deliver outstanding customer service , walking homeowners through findings, solutions, and safety recommendations. Perform accurate inspections , ensuring all work meets safety standards and Garage Pros’ quality expectations. Document job details with notes, photos, and recommendations in mobile dispatch apps. Identify upgrade opportunities and value-add services that enhance safety, performance, or aesthetics. Uphold Garage Pros’ reputation for honesty, professionalism, and reliable craftsmanship . What You Bring Valid driver’s license & clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude; garage door experience preferred but not required . Ability to lift 75+ lbs., climb ladders, and confidently use hand & power tools. A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills & comfort with mobile technology (ServiceTitan or similar apps is a plus). High school diploma or equivalent.
