Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patient needs, utilizing tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders when necessary. \n
- Creating and implementing individualized care plans that address patients’ cultural diversity and special needs in a manner reflective of their unique situations. \n
- Continually monitoring patient progress and employing evidence-based practices to support mental health diagnoses and foster positive outcomes. \n
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatment records and reports in line with regulatory requirements and departmental procedures. \n
- Collaborating with patients and their families to develop holistic treatment strategies that focus on desired outcomes and shared goals. \n
- Educating and mentoring students, interns, and other professionals through peer-to-peer review and clinical collaboration. \n
- Serving as a liaison between patients and other treatment providers to coordinate care effectively. \n
You will primarily work with patients and families affected by cancer, making the ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a deeper understanding of the emotional and psychological challenges such a diagnosis brings crucial. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
