Job Description:

Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)  

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient  

South Charlotte locations near you!

• Rock Hill, SC
• Lake Wylie, SC

Compensation Range: $80,000-95,000 per year

At   Ivy Rehab , our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.  

With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:  

• $77,000 to $95,000 per year (based on experience)

• If taking   advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn   up to   an   additional  $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).  

• Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain   opportunities ( up to  $10K)

What we look for:  

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state  

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program  

• Eagerness to grow & learn  

• Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
