Hidden Talents ABA ofrece terapia ABA individualizada y basada en la evidencia a niños con autismo. Nuestro equipo se dedica con pasión a brindar una atención de alta calidad, al tiempo que apoya y empodera a nuestro personal en cada paso del camino.

Acerca del puesto de RBT:
Como Técnico Conductual Registrado (Registered Behavior Technician/ Therapist ABA), proporcionará terapia ABA directa bajo la supervisión de un BCBA. Se trata de una oportunidad gratificante para tener un impacto significativo en la vida de los niños y las familias, al tiempo que se sigue creciendo profesionalmente en un entorno solidario.

 

 

Responsabilidades del puesto de RBT:

  • Proporcionar terapia ABA directa en el hogar, la escuela o la comunidad.

  • Apoyar el desarrollo de habilidades en las áreas de comunicación, sociales y de la vida diaria.

  • Recopilar y registrar datos precisos de los clientes.

  • Implementar planes de intervención conductual y gestionar comportamientos desafiantes cuando sea necesario.

  • Colaborar estrechamente con los BCBA y las familias.

Requisitos del RBT:

  • Certificación RBT activa (en regla).

  • Mínimo de 6 meses de experiencia en terapia ABA.

  • Diploma de secundaria o equivalente.

  • Licencia de conducir válida y transporte confinable.

 

 

Remuneración y beneficios:

  • Salario por hora: 25-30 dólares por hora, acorde con la experiencia.

  • Aumentos garantizados: aumentos automáticos de 0,50 dólares cada 6 meses, sin límite.

  • 401(k): disponible después de 6 meses de empleo, con una aportación de la empresa del 1 % después de 1 año.

  • Programa de recompensas: obtenga puntos por su asistencia y la documentación puntual de las sesiones (redimibles por dinero en efectivo o premios).

  • Programa de recomendación de empleados: bonificaciones por recomendar a nuevos miembros del equipo a Hidden Talents ABA.
