Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in the PCU/critical care-adjacent setting, including ongoing assessment, monitoring, and documentation.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; respond to changes in patient condition and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, participate in handoffs, and support discharge planning and patient education.
- Uphold practice standards in line with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics; contribute to a culture of service excellence and patient advocacy.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Experience in critical care or progressive care (PCU) nursing preferred
- Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and interprofessional collaboration
