Lead Dentist with Immediate Ownership Opportunity - Thriving Practice in Central West Texas

We are seeking a skilled Lead Dentist with "Immediate Ownership" for our well-established and rapidly growing dental practice in Central West Texas. What You'll Do:

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a talented team of dental professionals to create a collaborative and positive environment.
Practice Growth & Ownership: Work toward (replace with: Step into) full ownership of the practice, driving its success while benefiting from the fruits of your hard work and leadership.
Maintain High Volume: Manage a bustling practice with 7 fully equipped operatories, providing care to approximately 7,364 patients annually.

Practice Stats:

Average Yearly Production: $1.8 million
Total Operatories: 7 (4 for the dentist, 3 for hygiene)
Technology & Equipment: ADEC dental chairs, Dexis sensors, Orthophos E pano, Intraoral cameras, and plumbed nitrous in two operatories.
Practice Software: EagleSoft
Insurance: In-network with 4 major insurance and Fee-for-Service patients.

Candidate Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to foster patient relationships and lead a team effectively.
