Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis in the PACU or Pre-Op setting
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and maintain competency standards among clinical staff
• Manage resources appropriately as they relate to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Experience in PACU or Pre-Op nursing
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and delegate clinical care appropriately

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with post-anesthesia care protocols and pre-operative preparation procedures
• Experience supporting nursing leadership in quality and safety initiatives
