Retail Sales Associate Spanish Bilingual

Responsibilities Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting‑edge technology, and exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers who are interested in our products and services. Opportunities to engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base, including at off‑site Verizon sponsored events. Compensation Pay: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour base plus up to $18,000 a year in individual‑based commissions if goal targets are met. Top performers may earn additional commissions that can bring total annual earnings to $65,000–$75,500 or more, depending on geography, hours worked, and performance. One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience working in a commission‑based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience. Additional Information Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more.
